Real Performance Training - Options

When working with Real Performance the first step we'll take is a detailed Initial Assessment otherwise known as The Real Performance Review. This can range from questionnaires and a conversation over the phone (which is Mandatory), to postural screening and performance testing. 
This assessment ensures we're selecting the correct coaching option for you. I'll be able to make recommendations as to your ideal path but it's helpful if you understand how I work and what options are available to you.
