Feeling decent at the minute, had a number of people (coaches & players) comment on how sharp I'm looking over the past couple of weeks.

Feel I'm covering ground well and I'm much more explosive & powerful. My test will be sustaining it over a longer period.

I've got World Cup camp first weekend of August which is a perfect time to test these traits out.

"My back spasms are now few and far between and I feel more confident in the gym"

Now, issues with my back are incredibly few and far between and the recovery is miles quicker compared to before I started training with Chilli.

Previously every 5/6 weeks I would be all but written off for a week or so with horrendous back spasms and lock outs.

Secondly training with you gave me a far better understanding of what to train, how and when, meaning that I am a lot more confident training in the gym and the benefits of that are massive, in terms of how I feel.

"I felt strong and powerful when I trained with Chilli, and my results showed...I got more knockouts"

Whether it was a psychological thing or an actual physical thing, I'm not sure, but when I trained with Chilli I was knocking more people out.

The training links with what I'm doing in the ring and there's a real crossover between gym and boxing, which I haven't had before. 

​I know working on my weaknesses (which we're made to do) is helpful for my sport and I need someone there to make sure I'm doing it. Chilli makes me do that, mainly stretching.

"Everything has changed for me! I have lost a massive amount of weight over a long period of time, which has meant I've kept it off" 

It has improved my fitness, confidence and strength, along with my over all knowledge about fitness and, of course, diet.

I have changed so many aspects of my life from joining the gym I feel alert, healthy and happy! The social side is awesome too- it really is a case of being constantly encouraged and meeting new friends.

But it's all about the coaching you get, the one to one advice at each session and being told why your doing certain things, not just what to do.
