12 Week Online Rugby Strength & Conditioning Program Designed by Backs for Backs (free 2 week trial)

In short the program follows three phases that provide all the physical attributes and skills that rugby backs require including robustness, conditioning, speed, power, mass and more. A regular body building or powerlifting based plan will help build strength or mass but won't cut it as a program to actually develop performance attributes that'll help on the rugby pitch.
What rugby players really need after a seasoning of smashing their bodies to pieces is some time to recoup, re calibrate and build the foundation back up to support high intensity training later in pre-season, followed by another grueling rugby season. Therefore the pre-season strength & conditioning should be structured to initially build aerobic conditioing along with strength endurance along with symetry & stability. Whilst the more intense forms of training come in later.

What does the program include?
All programs will be delivered to your own online training portal along with your mobile training app. You can essentially access and perform these sessions anywhere around the world and perform them at your own leisure. All programs are delivered with training videos so you can view the correct technique.
Great rugby players don't just do they also understand. Understanding and knowledge are also key components to becoming a good rugby athlete, therefore each phase has educational articles and videos to help comprehend and build the training & nutrition knowledge along with physical attributes.

Whilst you can access & perform the program anywhere for those who are local to the Bristol area or willing to travel we have content specific 90 minute training sessions scheduled in. These content specific sessions with me are to help fine tune your training and knowledge. These sessions are in groups of no more than 4 and will be ultra effective. The sessions and dates are listed below:

Can i try it out for free?
There exist so many options out there and everyone says their programs the magic pill that'll get you into the best shape of your life. Will this program? Maybe, if you put in the hard graft, read & watch all the educational videos, complete the assessments along with the nutritional habits you might do pretty well.
I do however believe in try before you buy. I'm not someone who buys jeans to take them home only to see they don't fit, I want to know instantly. Therefore I offer a 2 week trial period of this program. Try it out for 2 weeks and if you don't like, you don't buy. |
