When working with Real Performance Training the first step we'll take is a detailed Initial Assessment. This can range from questionnaires and a conversation over the phone (which is Mandatory), to postural screening and performance testing.
This assessment ensures we're selecting the correct coaching option for you. I'll be able to make recommendations as to your ideal path but it's helpful if you understand how I work and what options are available to you.

real performance 12 Week planThe 12 Week Real Performance Plan is ideal for 80% of individuals. Based on training hundreds of clients we've put together various plans based on specific goals.
Pick your goal and have 12 weeks of training delivered direct to your phone. Plus you can try it out for 2 weeks if you're unsure. |
bespoke performance training planYou want something a little more tailored to cater for your needs. You maybe working around injury, time or location limitations, or you have a specific goal or time frame in mind. Or you'd like to be more involved in the decision making and direction of your plan.
Either way both the time and effort commitment on both of us are increased with bespoke training. |
personal & small group trainingOne hour training face to face with me is the equivalent of 10 hours training alone, bold statement I know.
With thousands of hours working with clients I know exactly what you need and exactly when you need it. These sessions expand way further than the 60 minutes we spend together. This service is only available within 20 miles of Bristol City Center (mileage expense may apply), either I come to you or you come to me. |
