Is Breakfast the most important meal of the day?

​For some reason I got really nervous making this video to the point I was shaking afterwards. It's a pretty tentative topic that certain individuals become quite passionate about. This video is simply to help identify why we believe breakfast is important and whether it's the correct choice for you.

If you like to make up your own mind The NHS published an article about breakfast which talks through a study performed in Bath. This study looked at 2 groups, one eating breakfast and one not. Terry Crews - Intermittent fasting and why it works for him
Finally, Terry Crews is a pretty cool guy and I like his view on intermittent fasting (essentially not eating Breakfast until later in the day).
