If you like to make up your own mind The NHS published an article about breakfast which talks through a study performed in Bath. This study looked at 2 groups, one eating breakfast and one not. Terry Crews - Intermittent fasting and why it works for him
Finally, Terry Crews is a pretty cool guy and I like his view on intermittent fasting (essentially not eating Breakfast until later in the day).
